I need a dentist

I can relate to.

For many people, their experience with the dentist hasn’t always been a positive one. I want to make sure that all my patients feel comfortable.

As a personalized dental health care provider we take our time to understand your particular needs. You won’t be a number here. We will consider you family.

Typical Results: You will feel at home. My staff and I will work hard to gain your trust and only recommend the services you truly need.

I’m embarrassed

I haven’t been to the dentist in a while.

I haven’t picked up my dry cleaning in over six months! We’re all busy and need someone who understands that the day to day can get in the way of the things we really need to do.

We won’t judge you here. We will welcome you and take pride in being the dentist you chose to restart treatment with.

Typical Results: You feel comfortable with your new dental team and get ahead of any dental health issues before they become painful and expensive.

It’s my turn

for a new smile.

Over the years we tend to take care of others first. Now it’s your turn. I love helping people get the smile they always wanted!

This journey is yours. I want to make sure you walk through it with confidence.

Typical Results: You have a renewed confidence in how you look. You enjoy family photos and the compliments from friends on your beautiful new smile.

A Little About Who I am

My mother escaped the Vietnam war and arrived in the United States one month before giving birth to me in Fayetteville, AR. My family has always instilled in us the importance of moral values, hard work and giving back. My aunt and uncle are dentists and brought the passion of dentistry into our lives. They planted the seeds where my two sisters and I would also one day become dentists. They have given back by volunteering in various charities across the world. It has left a lasting impression on me and showed me how important it was to become a community leader and to help support local, national and international causes.

I have recently become involved with Luca’s Light, a local Charlotte Charity that supports children undergoing cancer treatment by creating safe spaces within their environment to play and develop.

The Story Behind The Name

When I had my beautiful daughter I couldn’t help but stare at her when I held her in my arms. The pure innocence and awe in her eyes would warm my heart. She would be fixated and mesmerized whenever she saw something shiny or sparkly. I knew I wanted to name my practice after her but I wasn’t sure how. One day as she was looking at the lighting in her nursery I decided to research her birthstone. It is a Sapphire. And the rest was history. From then on I knew I was going to name my practice Sapphire Dentistry.

What our patients say

What Our Patients Say

$175 New Patient Special (Regularly $385)*

At some point these will end but until then…

Special includes Exam, X-Rays, & Non-Perio Cleaning

Healthy mouth cleaning only- no presence of periodontal disease.

Preventative and Periodontal Services

Depending on the condition of your gums we will recommend a preventative treatment/cleaning (for healthy gums) or a type of periodontal therapy (for patients with gingivitis or gum disease) and will customize an ongoing treatment plan.

Dental Fillings

We are very particular about the materials we use when doing dental fillings. We believe using modern adhesive dentistry provides more functional and more aesthetic options for dental restorations.

Cosmetic Crowns and Veneers

When you're ready to take your smile to the next level cosmetic crowns and/or veneers may be your best option. Utilizing models of your teeth we are able to give you a vision of your new smile before even starting.

Dental Implant Restoration and Dental Bridges

Implants are the best solution for missing teeth. If you have issues we can help restore your implant and get your comfort back. When an implant isn’t an option our dental bridges are a great choice to fill those gaps in your smile.

Removable dental prosthesis such as a partial denture or complete denture is a great option when teeth are lost. We work hard to make sure that your dentures not only look great but fit great too.

Root Canal Therapy

When you have pain, lots of times that can be a nerve. Our root canal treatment removes the damaged or dead nerve and replaces it with an inert material. In most cases we recommend placing a crown to protect and strengthen the tooth.

In-Office or Take Home Whitening

In office whitening is what most patients prefer because it generally provides a better result and lasts longer. We also have take home whitening trays that are a great option that will also help restore a whiter smile.

Occlusal Guards / Nightguards

Nighttime grinding or clenching of your teeth is a common problem that leads to teeth wear. We recommend custom occlusal guards to avoid that teeth wear, muscle tightness or pain associated with the jaw joints (the Temporomandibular Joint or “TMJ”.)

Your First Visit

As you walk into the practice you will be warmly greeted by one of our staff members. The new patient paperwork can be filled out 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in the office. You will also have the option to receive the paperwork prior to your appointment via email to complete at your convenience at home. Please bring a list of any medications that you are taking.
